The AlphaLeash is made of back-to-back vegetable-tanned leather. This allows it to stand out more in style for the possibility of dual-color variations. All you have to do is type in the text/number in the text box if you prefer it to be personalized. Please note that it is both space and case-sensitive.

Leather Care
How durable it is when worn every day by our dog or cat?
We've been in the leather pet collar business for over 3 years and our products have undergone over dozen iterations to improve their daily practical use all over the world in cold and tropical climates. This led us to our proprietary top-coating spray that makes it stain and water-proof. Can't believe it? See for yourself how we stained an AlphaCollar with ketchup then rinsed it with water as if nothing happened.
Is it ok if the leather accessory gets wet?
Yes, just like any other leather products such as shoes or bags, our leather pet accessories unavoidably get wet. While our leather accessories are top-coated with stain and water-proof coating to keep off occasional splashes of water from penetrating the leather, soaking wet leather is not always a great idea.
That is why soaking wet leather happens rarely! We're sure your dog has another collar for swimming or taking a bath, that is if they wear a collar at all for that purpose. Just imagine wearing your favorite shoes to the shower instead of your bathroom rubber slippers is not normal. You know what we mean. 😉
If that rare instance happens though, don't worry. A soaking wet leather can still be preserved as long as you take immediate care.
